DESCRIPTION
The 1st MTP Fusion Plates are used In cases of arthritis or deformations of the fIrst metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint (Hallux Rigidus) and fractures, nonunion, and inreplantation of the fIrst metatarsal bone, particularly in osteopenic bone. The main aim is to permanently FIx (or fuse) the fIrst metatarsal and proximal phalanx.

- MTP Fusion plates are designed with a narrower, elongated distal cluster for reduced prominence over the proximal phalanx and easier soft tissue closure.
- The system comes equipped with metatarsal and phalangeal joint reamers and Fluted joint fenestration drill pins to prepare the fusion site.
- Anatomically designed specifically for first MTP arthrodesis.
- Available in two variants of size – Small, Medium.
- Both variants are available for both right and left side
